Risotto with mushrooms and sausage



Ingredients:
300 gr. Rice
6 sausages
2 tablespoons butter
125 ml. Purple wine
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
a hundred and fifty gr. Seasonal mushroom or mushrooms
1 liter of white bird broth people
Chives and pepper
Olive oil
Parmesan shavings
