Mousse of blackberries



Substances:
400 g of berries (blackberry jam or, if not season)
1 apple
2 herbal yoghurts
4 egg whites
sugar
Mint leaves

practise:
1. Peel the apple and put off seeds.

Take away twigs and wash the berries. Reduce some blackberries and a few slices of apple into pieces and separate them to enhance the cease. Mix the ultimate apple and blackberry and beat with sugar to flavor. (Off season, use frozen berries or jam or blackberries).

2. Beat egg whites till stiff. Upload the cream to the clean fruit and stir slowly with a wood spoon for no longer much less foam.

3. Upload yogurt.

Mix and serve in glass.


Garnish with chopped apple and blackberry reserved. Garnish with mint leaves.
