Components:
1 Kg lobster
400g rice
approximately 1,2 hundred ml shellfish broth
1 tablespoon paprika
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of saffron
½ pink pepper
1 carrot
1 tomato
three tablespoons olive oil

Stir-fry red pepper, the carrot and tomato with olive oil.
