Components:
1 kg of potatoes
2 eggs. 2 egg + 1 egg
40 g almonds ground into powder
a hundred g butter
1 small cup (a hundred ml) of olive oil
1 pinch of nutmeg
Salt
ground white pepper
guidance:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes, slicing and prepare dinner in boiling salted water for approximately 15 minutes.
2. Drain and bypass them to a bowl.
Mash with a fork and add the butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the
2 eggs, 2 egg yolks and mix well.
Three. Knead the dough of potatoes, with a purpose to shape a medium-sized kibble
using snacks potato complete with egg white, then roll inside the ground almonds.
Four. Fry in a pan with hot oil for five mins till well browned.
Dispose of, drain on kitchen paper and serve hot.
