Pasta salad with vegetables



Components:
250g pasta
1 jar of combined greens
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
seventy five g grated Parmesan cheese
2 dl olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt
pepper

preparation:
1. Open the can of combined greens and location in a colander and bypass through bloodless water.

Drain well. Warmness 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Saute onion, peeled and chopped, with out take colour. Add veggies and saute over high warmness for two minutes. Peel the garlic and reduce into slices.

2. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet. Contain the garlic and brown barely. Add the chopped parsley, season. Put off from warmth and reserve the heat.


3. Cook dinner the pasta in masses of salted water for 12minutes. Drain properly and add to the pan with the garlic veggies. Saute for two min. Get rid of from heat, sprinkle with cheese and serve at once.
