Fish in green sauce

Cooking: 15 mm
(Serves four)
substances:
four loins whiting or hake
3 cloves garlic
1 sprig of parsley
1 small glass of white wine
½ cup fish stock
1 tablespoon flour
four tablespoons olive oil
Pepper
Salt
